FLAG SERIES CAMBODIA 2016

Samai is Khmer for 'modern' or 'a new generation' and the rums of this distillery are the first generation to be produced here, starting in 2014. Made from sugar cane grown in the Koh Kong province of Cambodia which is transformed into high quality estate molasses. The wash is then long fermented and distilled in a copper pot still before aging.


Aged for 8 years in total and bottled at cask strength of 48.7% abv with no additives. 215 bottles produced.
